2. Purchases

The Starter Kit is sold as a one-time purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Polar).

3. License

After purchase, you may receive benefits such as GitHub repository access. License terms are provided in the repository you receive access to, and you agree to comply with those terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the repository license, you may use the Starter Kit for your own projects (personal / your own SaaS). Client work and client projects are not permitted.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds.

5. Disclaimer

The Starter Kit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will meet your requirements or be error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Starter Kit.
